Include your app version, iPhone model and the error you saw. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.
Prayer and app shielding
Set a prayer duration of 15–60 seconds in 15-second steps. In Settings, choose the apps to shield and three daily times. App shielding requires iPhone Screen Time permission. You can pray without signing in or watching an ad.
Carrot purchases
Carrots are used for customization items in HalleluYang. If a purchase has not been credited, sign in to the HalleluYang account used for that purchase and select Check undelivered purchases in Carrot Top-up. You do not need to buy again. Apple reviews refund requests.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account and backup → Delete account. Verify with Apple or Kakao and confirm permanent deletion. Your HalleluYang account records, carrots and items will be deleted. This does not delete your Apple or Kakao account.
